Had a great time! The room was super clean and the electric blanket was a cozy touch. Got to use the shared kitchen for breakfast, which really helped. Just a bit of noise from the highway, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely a nice spot to unwind after a day out!

I recently spent a night in a Queen Room, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was impeccably clean, which set a positive tone right from the start. The electric blanket was a cozy touch, perfect for the chilly night. The shared kitchen was a bonus. making breakfast there was easy and convenient. The staff truly made the experience better with their warm welcoming upon check-in. The main downside was the occasional noise from the highway, which occasionally disrupted the peace, though the double-glazed windows helped to some extent.

Unfortunately, our room was directly adjacent to the busy Great Western Highway, and the noise from the trucks kept us up most of the night. It's disheartening when a bustling road disrupts your peace. One thing I noticed was that the sound carried a bit from outside, which could be distracting at times.

I had a fabulous stay at the Mountains. The staff were exceptionally warm and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable during my first solo trip. The proximity to the shops allowed easy access to local amenities, and I particularly enjoyed a delightful Tom Yum soup from a nearby restaurant. The convenience and friendliness of the service made my stay enjoyable.

We loved our stay with the family! The room was spacious, and the fully renovated bathroom was a delight. The owners were super helpful, even giving us a list of local playgrounds for our baby to enjoy. The nearby parks were perfect for family outings.

In my wife’s opinion, more soundproofing would really help.
